Switching to Your Golf Booking - how easy it is to change your account

To make it even easier for you to switch to Your Golf Booking, we have already registered all existing customers in the new system - using the same e-mail address that you previously used to register with PC Caddie for your Swiss Golf Lounge. All you need to do to use the new system is set a new password. This can be done in just a few steps:

Step by step: Activate account and set password

1. Open homepage
   Visit our homepage:
   👉 www.swissgolflounge.ch
2. Click on "Book now"
   Click on "Book now" at the top right of the homepage.
3. Select location
   Select your desired Swiss Golf Lounge from the menu.
   You will be automatically redirected to our booking software "Your Golf Booking" (YGB).
4. Open language and menu
   At the top right of the screen, you can change the language to German if required.
   Click on "Menu" directly next to it and then on "Login / Register" in the submenu.
5. Enter your e-mail address
   Now enter the e-mail address with which you are also registered with PC Caddie / Swiss Golf Lounge.
   (Important: Use exactly the same address.)
6. Reset password instead of logging in
   Do not enter a password.
   Instead, click below the "Log in" bar on:
   "Would you like to reset your password? Click here".
7. Confirm password reset
   In the next step, confirm that you want to reset your password.
8. Accept Your Golf Booking terms and conditions
   Accept the Your Golf Booking (YGB) terms and conditions to continue.
9. Open email and set new password
   You will now see a confirmation message on the screen.
   At the same time, you will receive an email to the address provided.
   Open this email and click on the link to set your new password.

Tip: If no e-mail arrives, please also check your spam or junk folder.

As soon as the password is set, your account is active - done!

And this is how it continues: Book Trackman or take out a new membership

1. Choose on our homepage again and select your desired Swiss Golf Lounge.
2. You can book a simulator directly under "Book a Bay".
3. Under "Memberships" you can take out a new membership online and enjoy all the benefits directly.

Existing memberships

The conditions of your old membership will remain in place until the respective expiration date and are already stored in the system. You do not need to take any further action.
