How do I become a member of the Swiss Golf Lounge?

You can easily take out your membership online on one of our booking pages. Membership is valid immediately after successful completion and can be used at all Swiss Golf Lounge locations. The game credit associated with your membership will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours.

Do I need a license to play golf with you?

No, you don't need a license to play golf with us. The Swiss Golf Lounge offers easy and uncomplicated access to golf for everyone - whether beginner or advanced. Our aim is to get as many people as possible interested in golf and make it as easy as possible for them to get started.

Are drinks and snacks available on site?

Yes, all our lounges are equipped with snack and drinks vending machines, which you can conveniently use with a card or Twint. In addition, free coffee is available at all locations. We ask you to place the cups on the tray next to the coffee machine.

Can I only play as a guest during staffed opening hours?

No, our lounges are not staffed during our low season from the end of March to mid-October. However, you can still visit us as a guest during this time. After your online booking, you will receive a personal access code by e-mail, which you can use to enter the booked lounge yourself 15 minutes before the start of your booking.

Who is responsible for cleanliness on site?

We ask our guests to leave the lounge as they found it. If anything is not in order, please let us know.

How can I book lessons with a golf coach?

You can book training sessions with our golf coaches directly with the respective coaches. They will also take care of reserving a suitable Trackman simulator for your lesson. How do I get access to the Swiss Golf Lounge after I have booked a simulator?

Once you have successfully booked a simulator, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This will contain an individual, six-digit access code with which you can enter the corresponding Swiss Golf Lounge. The code is valid from 15 minutes before the start of your booking time - so you have the opportunity to get changed, warm up or enjoy a drink in peace.

Is there video surveillance in the Swiss Golf Lounges?

Yes, our lounges are equipped with video cameras. These are exclusively for the security and protection of our guests and the facility. As the lounges can also be used outside of staffed opening hours, video surveillance is necessary.

How many people can I use a Trackman Simulator with?

A simulator can be used by a maximum of 4 people at the same time. However, we recommend a group size of 2 to 3 people to ensure a pleasant flow of play.

Are Swiss Golf Lounge memberships transferable?

No, memberships are personalized and non-transferable! In the event of non-compliance, membership expires with immediate effect and without refund. We also reserve the right to take further legal action in such cases.
